we process materials under the optimum condition to serve our customers’ requirements.
Crushing
- Jaw crusher
- Fist-sized materials are compressed and crushed down to thumb-sized with two crushing plates.
- Roll crusher
- Materials are fed between rollers, compressed and crushed to granular size.
- Ball mill
- After materials are fed with ball media into a drum, the drum is rotated to make the materials into powdery size by the impact of collision with ball media and shear forces.

For materials where metal contamination must be avoided, alumina is recommended as a crushing part.

Filtration
A slurry is fed under high pressure to a filter cloth in a filtration chamber and is separated into a cake
with a low water content and a clear filtrate.

Granulation drying
A slurry is sprayed into fine droplets with a nozzle or a disc. Spherical particles are produced by
bringing the droplets into contact with hot air for instant drying and granulation.
