I would like to be one and only in maintenance of Makino machine.

Q1. Tell us about your current job.: I install new machines at customers and do maintenance of the delivered machines.
Q2. What are the challenges on your job? What motivates you?: Even with installation of new machines, maintenance of machines, and parts replacement, the tools and procedures depend on the work environment.
I pay attention to preparations for that and review of procedures.
Then, when the work finishes successfully and the machine operates like before, I feel a sense of accomplishment very much.
Q3. Tell us about your future career plan and goals.: Going to various sites and working on various many machines as much as possible is the goal for now.
I want to work on various types of machines and accumulate experiences of maintenance so that I can become an expert in our company.
Q4. Do you feel that you have grown since you joined the company?: Meeting many customers including a tough customer, a very gentleman, a cheerful one over 60 years old, or one as young as I am, I began to view things from various angles and perspectives.
Q5. Any messages to junior employees?: We don’t have many staff in our section, but we work cohesively with good teamwork.
My seniors and colleagues are tough at work, but they are just fun people.

Q1. Tell us about your current job.: I do daily work reports of people involved in manufacturing.
That leads to management of product cost.
Besides, I check business travelers’ trip schedule, prepare materials submitted to customers on business trips, cost calculation of business travel expenses and support other works.
Q2. What are the things you think important when you work?: I work with responsibility.
When doing so, I can build relationships of trust and other colleagues leave jobs to me.
I try to respond with a smile and create an atmosphere which is easy to talk to me.
Q3. What are the challenges on your job? What motivates you?: I like the job of supporting people around me.
When other colleagues tell me, “The material is easy to see.” or “Thank you for your quick response.” to the inquiry, I feel satisfied with the job.
Q4. Tell us what appeals to you in Makino.: Makino is a friendly working environment for female employees.
Even if my child develops sudden fever or gets injured and I have to leave early to take care of him or her, people around me are very cooperative.
Q5. Any messages to junior employees?: My colleagues are varied in personality, and I enjoy working without getting tired everyday.
Female colleagues can work for a long term as the working environment is suitable to work even after marriage and childbirth.
Makino has a lot of seniors who can be approached to consult about work and private matters, where we can work free from anxiety!
