Features
Short drying time
Spraying the slurry creates a large surface area in contact with hot air and makes time for drying and
granulation short so that thermal alteration of products is minimized.
Product collection
- Only spherical and good-flowable granular products are efficiently collected.
- Combined with a cyclone separator, fine powder can be collected.
- Powder contact parts inside the drying tower have a mirror finish treatment,
less dried product adheres to them.
Spraying system
- There are two types of spraying systems, a disc type and a nozzle type.
As for a nozzle type, either a pressurized type or a two-fluid type can be selected,
depending on the particle size and its throughput.
