Features
- The center drive system achieves optimum crushing with few transmitting parts and low energy
consumption. - The two-shaft configuration achieves efficient processing by using the inner side roller to
compress, crush, and shear the fed material, then using the outer side roller to re-compress and
discharge the material. The balanced four-shaft configuration achieves 1.8 times the capacity of the
two-shaft configuration. - The crushing time is shortened by feeding the raw material from a center rotating shaft, then
conveying the material uniformly to the crushing rollers. - The discharge bottom plate (grid plate) and liner can be easily removed.
- The shape of material at the screen (grid plate) can be selected on demand.
- Installing the grid plate with a discharge hole in the inner crushing area increases the throughput
by approximately 10%.

Pan mill and concrete base
The pan mill is installed on a sturdy
concrete base, with a discharge
conveyor installed underneath.
Discharge grid plate floor
The optimum type of grid plate can be selected from among a variety of types to suit the characteristics of the supplied raw material and the required production volume.
Material discharge conveyor
The discharge conveyor can be configured in
one or two lines, with a width from 1200 to
4500 mm, to match the line for the
downstream processes.
Support by vibration-absorbing rubber
Vibration-absorbing rubber – elastic support
– is mounted at the bottom of the pan mill to
absorb the strong vibration during the
crushing operation.
Overall dimensions
The machine dimensions include the drive motor, but do not include feed and discharge chute.
