Wet pan mill

Wet pan mill is capable of continuous high throughput for cracking, crushing, mixing, and kneading

Features

  • The center drive system achieves optimum crushing with few transmitting parts and low energy
    consumption.
  • The two-shaft configuration achieves efficient processing by using the inner side roller to
    compress, crush, and shear the fed material, then using the outer side roller to re-compress and
    discharge the material. The balanced four-shaft configuration achieves 1.8 times the capacity of the
    two-shaft configuration.
  • The crushing time is shortened by feeding the raw material from a center rotating shaft, then
    conveying the material uniformly to the crushing rollers.
  • The discharge bottom plate (grid plate) and liner can be easily removed.
  • The shape of material at the screen (grid plate) can be selected on demand.
  • Installing the grid plate with a discharge hole in the inner crushing area increases the throughput
    by approximately 10%.
